KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER PLANA/DENIM

JORNADA : COMPLETA

FUNCIONES :
  • Key Account Manager (KAM) en el canal textil de Plana/Tejano-Denim.
  • Desarrollar y gestionar una cartera asignada de Grandes Cuentas a nivel nacional (España).
  • Junto con el Director Comercial, el KAM deberá determinar la estrategia del plan de acción comercial, marketing y de los objetivos asociados.
  • Negociar precios y timmings de compras y entregas.
  • Analizar, conocer los precios de compra-venta, la situación del mercado y la competencia a nivel nacional e internacional, definiendo acciones que permitan aumentar nuestra cuota de mercado y el posicionamiento de la compañía, así como la búsqueda de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  • Acompañamiento de los diseñadores en presentaciones de colecciones a los clientes.
  • Asegurar una calidad de servicio óptima para los clientes y para nuestras fábricas propias y/u asociadas.
  • Organizar, dirigir y supervisar al equipo de merchandising/sourcing en los países de producción.
  • Informar al Director Comercial sobre el seguimiento de la actividad.
  • El/la candidato/a debe ser una persona con alta capacidad de negociación, metodología, visión global del negocio, proactiva, positiva y con resistencia a la presión, dotado de excelentes habilidades de venta en B2B textil y dotes de comunicación.
  • Desplazamientos frecuentes a prever a nivel nacional e internacional.
REQUISITOS :
  • Licenciatura o similar orientado de preferencia a la Industría Textil.
  • 5 años de experiencia mínimo en línea de producto plana/tejano-denim.
  • Altos conocimientos en tejidos y lavados de plana/tejano-denim.
  • Español nivel nativo, Inglés imprescindible, Francés opcional.
  • Pack Office.
  • Experiencia Textil previa deseada en países de Asia, con preferencia a Bangladesh, China o Pakistán.
  • Alta experiencia en negociación textil con clientes, proveedores y fábricas.

  • Keeps the legal and ethical integrity of the company intact through policy enforcement.

  • Manage the Compliance team.
  • Manage factories and suppliers management to : 
    – Understand our requirements.
    – Ensure they comply to the rules and regulations within a limited period of time.
    – Ensure they follow the whole quality process, they have ability to measure and to analyse their own performance.
  • Manage the lab technician and ensure the effective operation of the internal laboratory.
  • Manage clear communication with buyers and Upper Management (CAPs, Emails, face to face)
  • Analyse internal and external performance in quality and compliance.
  • Recognize the seriousness an ethic breach, share immediately with concerned person, bring immediate solutions and take proper decisions together.
  • Vouch for and bring up Crossline reputation.
PROFILE REQUIRED :
  • You are graduated from a textile engineer school.
  • You are fluent in English and in French.
  • You master pack Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • You are meticulous and organized.
  • You have analytical skills.
  • You have good interpersonal capacities.
  • You have a great autonomy.
  • You have a fisrt experience abroad, in textile industry.

MAIN RESPONSABILITY

Curious, creative and passionate for illustration, graphic design and fashion, within the french garments producer’s creative team; you develop print designs for European wholesale clothing collections.
